At Longview Baptist Church, our worship is centered on offering meaningful praise to God while fostering a sense of community and participation. What To Expect on a Sunday Morning

At Longview Baptist Church, you’ll experience a warm and welcoming environment designed to help you feel at home. Our worship service combines a traditional yet engaging style, featuring hymns, scripture readings, and meaningful messages, with hymn lyrics displayed on screens and in hymnals. Kids are welcome to join the worship service, but if you prefer, a nursery is available for your convenience.

Parking is easy and accessible, with open spots available in both the front and back of the church. Services typically conclude by 12:00 PM, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day. There’s no need to worry about what to wear—come as you are, whether that’s business casual or something more relaxed. We’re here to welcome you just as you are!

Music Ministry

The Music Ministry at Longview Baptist Church is dedicated to inspiring and uplifting the entire congregation, from the young to the young at heart. We offer opportunities to participate in worship through vocal and instrumental music, including handbells and small groups. Our Adult Choir, open to adults of all ages, provides beautiful service music and choral selections each week to enhance our worship experience.

Sunday School

At Longview Baptist Church, discipleship is at the heart of our Sunday School program, with classes tailored to meet a variety of needs and interests.

Whether you prefer in-depth Bible study, relational connection, or discussion-based learning, there’s a place for you. We offer classes for all ages, including three children’s classes, a youth class, and five adult classes that range from multi-generational to age-specific groups. Youth classes focus on building relationships and walking in faith together, while adult classes provide both structured lessons and open conversations.

No matter your age or preference, we’ll help you find a class where you feel at home.
